You've got questions. We've got answers.
Honestly? A few things — and they matter.
Most career coaches fall into one of two camps. There are the inner-work coaches who help you explore your values and mindset, but have little idea how the real job market actually functions. And there are the tactical types — CV writers, LinkedIn coaches, outplacement consultants — who are great on execution but never help you figure out what you actually want in the first place.
Bloominity sits at the intersection of both, and that's rare.
I'm not a former recruiter. I'm a current Senior Talent Acquisition Leader working across global markets in well known international brands, and I have been for over 25 years. I know exactly what happens to your CV on the other side of the desk. I know why strong women don't get called back, what interviewers are really thinking, which pivots look credible and which don't, and what the talent market genuinely values right now. That's not textbook knowledge — it's what I do every single day.
I've also been deliberately specific about who this is for. Most women's career programmes say "women in transition" and leave it there — which means they're really for everyone, so they speak to no one. Bloominity is built for one specific woman: employed, mid-career, 30s to 50s, not in crisis but quietly unfulfilled, carrying real family demands alongside real ambitions. If that's you, you'll feel it from the first lesson.
And finally — I'm living this alongside you. I'm building Bloominity while holding down a demanding full-time role and everything that comes with it. I'm not coaching from a comfortable distance. I'm in it too.
After over two decades in recruitment, I've seen countless talented women held back—not by lack of skills, but by lack of clarity, confidence, or knowledge about how the hiring process really works. I created this program to share the insider strategies I've used to help thousands of professionals land their ideal roles, combined with the coaching frameworks that address the real challenges mid-career women face.
Absolutely. In fact, that's exactly where Module 1 starts. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or unclear about their next move. Through structured exercises exploring your values, strengths, and vision, we'll help you gain the clarity you need to make confident career decisions. You don't need to have all the answers—you just need to be ready to do the work to find them.
This program was specifically designed for busy women like you. Each module is broken into manageable lessons that you can complete at your own pace. The workbooks are practical and action-oriented—no fluff or time-wasting theory. Most women dedicate 2-3 hours per week and see significant progress. The goal isn't perfection; it's progress.
The program is 100% online and self-paced. You'll get access to video lessons, downloadable workbooks, templates, and resources for each module. You can work through the content whenever suits your schedule—whether that's early mornings before the kids wake up or Sunday evenings after they're in bed.
This program gives you the strategic framework, tools, and insider knowledge to successfully navigate your career transition. You'll learn how to position yourself effectively, network strategically, optimise your applications, and interview with confidence. But I'm not going to sugarcoat it—you still have to do the work. I provide the roadmap and recruitment expertise; you drive the journey.
The Next Chapter Career Programme is a self paced digital program. However, I'm exploring additional offerings including group coaching and 1:1 intensive sessions. If you'd like to discuss personalised support, please reach out directly through the contact form.
While the program is self-paced to fit your busy schedule, I'm a firm believer that transformation happens in community, not isolation. That's why I facilitate accountability groups for program participants—small cohorts of like minded women who are navigating similar career transitions. These groups provide the encouragement, perspective, and gentle push you need when motivation wanes or self-doubt creeps in.
Module 1 Career Clarity Foundations is £197, and you can work through it individually at your own pace.
To put that in perspective: my own 1-2-1 coaching sessions are also £197 per hour. So for the same investment as a single session, you get lifetime access to the full module — video lessons, workbooks, frameworks, and recruitment insider knowledge you can return to throughout your entire career.
If you want more personalised support alongside the programme, 1-2-1 sessions are available to add on at any point. But most women find the self-paced content gives them everything they need to get moving.
Start with Module 1. If it works for you — and it will — you can continue from there..
