Know Exactly What's Been Holding You Back And What to Do About It.

Leave knowing how to position your experience so a career change looks credible, what your pivot narrative actually is, and what your next move looks like — in under an hour, from a recruiter who is still hiring today.

You're good at your job. So why does it feel like this?

You've built a solid career. Worked hard, delivered consistently, probably helped a lot of people along the way.

And yet.

You're scrolling job boards at midnight wondering if any of them are actually for you. You're watching women younger than you move into roles you'd have been perfect for, and not quite understanding why you didn't go for them. You're telling yourself you'll think about it properly soon — once this project is done, once things settle down, once you feel a bit more ready.

The voice in your head sounds something like this:

"I need more qualifications before anyone will take me seriously."

"Recruiters aren't interested in career changers — especially not at my level."

"It's probably too late. I've left it too long."

"If I change direction now I'll have to start from scratch and lose everything I've built."

That voice isn't telling you the truth.

Those are myths. And I can tell you that with confidence — because I'm a recruiter. I see the applications of women like you every single week. I know what actually holds career changers back. And it's not what you think.

Here's what changes

Before:  Paralysed by the belief you're not qualified enough to pivot

After:  Clear on what you already have — and exactly how to position it

Before:  Dreading 'so why are you changing direction?' in an interview

After:  Knowing what to say, and saying it with confidence rather than apology

Before:  Treating 15 years of experience as baggage to explain away

After:  Presenting your background as the asset it actually is

Before:  Waiting for a 'right moment' that never quite arrives

After:  Understanding what's actually been keeping you stuck — so you can move past it

Before:  A vague sense that you want something different

After:  A concrete pivot starting point that is specific to you, not generic advice

You Don't Need to Start Over, You Need a Better Strategy.

A 40-minute video and 12-page workbook that busts the four myths keeping mid-career women stuck — from a recruiter who is still hiring, today.

You're good at your job. So why does it feel like this?

About me

Hi, I'm Katie.

I'm a certified career coach — and I'm also a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Leader with expertise in large multinational organisations.

That second part matters. Because most career coaches can tell you what you should do in theory. I can tell you what the person reading your CV is actually thinking — because that person is me.

Not what I used to think, years ago. What I think today, when I open an application from a mid-career woman who wants to change direction.

I founded Bloominity because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant women with 15, 20 years of experience, completely paralysed by beliefs that simply weren't true. Waiting to feel ready. Explaining themselves before they'd made their case. Apologising for careers they should have been proud of.

The Strategic Pivot is what I wish someone had told them sooner.

FAQ section

You might be thinking...

"I'm not sure I'm ready to commit to a pivot yet."

You don't need to have made your decision before you watch this. In fact, if you're still weighing things up, this is exactly the right moment — because the myths we cover are the things that cloud that decision. Watch it before you decide, not after.

"I've read a lot about career change already. Will this tell me anything new?"

Possibly not all of it. But most of what's out there on career pivots is written by people who haven't sat in a hiring manager's seat recently. The recruiter's perspective in this course is specific and it's current — and for most women, it shifts something.

"£27 feels almost too cheap. Can this actually be useful?"

I'd rather you accessed this and found it useful than didn't access it because it felt too small to take seriously. The price reflects the format — it's a focused, practical session, not a full programme. If you want the full programme, that's Module 1 of Bloominity. But start here.

"What if it's not right for me?"

If you're a mid-career woman who's been sitting on a career change and not moving — it's for you. If you're not sure, the lesson titles on this page are an honest summary of what we cover. Read them and trust your gut.
